RETURN POLICY
At ajivi.in, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused and cosmetic/skincare/personal products have to be in an accurate condition, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered unless & otherwise
4. For CoD orders, replacement is provided and refund is not issued.
ajivi.in is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
Before starting the complaint process please note the following points
-Please note that we would require a proper unboxing video with clear focus on the unbroken seal with your complaint as a proof
-Claims must be raised at customercare@ajivi.in within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.
-Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by ajivi.in.
-Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
-Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
-AJIVI.IN reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:

Please contact us at customercare@ajivi.in or +91 76002 65120 within 24 hr to cancel order. Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched.After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders.
