a. India & International Delivery: At this point ajivi.in offer shipping services to customers across India. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many countries. So Stay tuned!

a. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days except weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

a. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Rates will be displayed at checkout.

b. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are 7-8 days within India. Also subject to pin code accessibility and can be checked during checkout. Please note that these are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays.

4. Tracking Information

a. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order through the provided link.

5. Customs and Duties

a. Import Duties and Taxes: For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply. AJIVI is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

a. Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at customercare@ajivi.in. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

b. Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Refer to the Return Policy before processing. 

7. Address Accuracy

a. Correct Address: It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information. ajivi.in is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
